Return Policy

All sales are final 10 business days from payment validation date. No merchandise is returnable or refundable after 10 days business from payment. Unless there is error on our part, should you wish to return an item within 10 business days from shipment, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee if the item is returned in condition as shipped and you must pay for return shipping & insurance costs.

Call first for Return Authorization approval number. A 20% restocking fee is charged for exchange of merchandise of equal or greater value. Shipping costs are not refundable.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on special/custom ordered items. Special custom ordered lampshades: 50% deposit is required in advance. No refund is applicable.

When ordering, please specify if delivery is to be made to residential or commercial address.
